- Monday to Friday, Day shift
- Minimum 40 hours/week

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Report to Plant Manager and work alongside other maintenance personnel
- Assist with general building maintenance and repair including plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Use of hand and power tools
- Regular heavy lifting; prolonged standing
- Use of pallet jack, forklift, and scissor lift
- Working at heights as needed
- General cleaning of workspace
- Use of proper PPE and chemical handling
- Other general labour tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of building maintenance-related experience
- Drywall and flooring experience required
- Plumbing, Painting, and carpentry experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred but willing to train
- Working at Heights certification preferred but willing to train
- Mechanically inclined and proven experience using hand and power tools
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-function team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in a manufacturing environment
