Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Full-Time and a Part-Time Receiver who will be responsible for all goods that are received.
The Receiver ensures that received goods match the purchase order both in quantity and quality, then physically moves these goods to the correct departments for distribution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Works closely with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Kitchen, and other operations departments to receive, inspect, put away, rotate products, and complete paperwork daily using computerized system.
- Inspects the quality of the shipment. If it is not to specifications, arranges to have the shipment inspected by the Manager or Supervisor.
- Maintains a back-order file and follows up on supplies not yet received.
- Prints purchase orders for daily arrivals.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Grade 12 or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Good computer skills.
- Health and safety training required.
Physical Requirements:
- Heavy lifting of over 90 lbs on a regular basis.
- Walking and bending throughout the shift.
- Constant temperature changes due to variation from indoor to outdoor temperatures.

Pay: $18.20-$19.16 per hour
