Vintage Hotel’s Pillar and Post is currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Bell Person to join our Front Office team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carries luggage for guests checking in/out of the hotel.
- Assists with room deliveries for special occasion items, cards, and any other special amenities which may be requested.
- Shuttles guests to and from the downtown area or other various locations within the town as requested.
- Orients guests to hotel and services.
- Welcomes guests to hotel in a warm and pleasant manner.
- Provides assistance to guests such as opening doors and providing directions.
- Assists with all guests’ luggage.
- Assists concierge with maps, directions, and information.
- Assists front desk with check ins/outs and answering telephones.
- Performs minor maintenance when required.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the Team:
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake.
- Valid driver’s licence & comfortable operating company shuttle van.
- Excellent knowledge of the Niagara Region.
- Comfortable interacting with guests.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
