A road construction crew is looking for an experienced Flagger/Traffic Controller to help them with an upcoming job.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directing traffic for a construction company in the Niagara Region.
- Holding a Stop/Slow sign to direct vehicles accordingly.
- Monitor worksite and notify of any unsafe vehicles in the area.
- Various other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Must wear work boots, hard hat, and safety vest.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions like heat.
- Must be able to stand for 8 to 12 hours.
Workers meet at shop in Stevensville and go to the site in teams in company vehicles.
Shifts: Shifts are usually 8 to 12 hours in length starting at 5:30am.
Contract length: 4 days. Tuesday to Friday of next week.
