The Secret Garden Spa at the Prince of Wales Hotel is currently seeking a Part-Time Nail Technician to join our growing team!
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tenured team, while gaining experience in one of Niagara’s top Spas!
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing manicure and pedicure services.
- Maintaining impeccable standards of sanitation at all times.
- Responding to Guest concerns and inquiries as required.
- Taking ownership of issues and following up accordingly.
- Working closely with the Spa Concierge to ensure the Guest’s needs are met.
- Working as a team with both spas to ensure a seamless, professional experience.
- Presenting a gracious, warm, and professional atmosphere.
- Communicating the need for supplies or assistance.
- Promoting retail sales products and meeting sales quotas by educating guests in a professional manner.
- Assessing Guests’ individual needs to meet standards for additional products and services.
- Actively seeking new ways to meet Guests’ product or service needs.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Esthetics diploma or currently enrolled in an Esthetics program.
- First Aid Training is an asset.
- CPR Training is an asset.
- Previous up selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $16.55-$17.42 per hour
