About the job:
Niagara River Trading Company (NRTC) is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for executing a Sales plan, formed by the ownership group, that aligns with strategic growth and financial goals. NRTC is based in Niagara Falls, Ontario and serves the North American market.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for developing new B2B relationships in the following areas: new business, major accounts, and premium apparel.
- Attend apparel-related trade shows, new business pitches, and special events.
- Actively solicit new business through diligent sales and prospecting techniques.
- Secure and maintain proper documentation.
- Pursue new business leads at every opportunity.
- Provide order entry clear instructions on customer requirements.
- Meet established sales goals.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum 3-7 years of relevant B2B sales experience. Experience in the wholesale apparel industry is beneficial but not required.
- A work/life balance that supports business travel.
- A degree in marketing or related field would be preferred.
- Proven ability to negotiate in a diplomatic, tactful, and professional manner.
- Adept at assessing needs, probing, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and closing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English. French language skills would be nice to have.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Oracle NetSuite experience is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
