- Quickly develops and maintains knowledge of our services
- Discover who the decision-makers and key contacts for each sales call and establish and maintain professional relationships
- Develops and manages relationships with these key customer decision-makers including physicians, nurses, clinicians, administrators, and lawyers
- Maximizes every customer-facing opportunity by building effective pre and post call plans
- Completes all administrative duties in a timely manner including expense reports and sales reports requested by management.
- Creates and executes account plans to bring strategic focus to territory management
- Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish goals and objectives
- Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers
- Present a professional sales image in all business matters
- Maintain and operate assigned sales territory within established sales and/or corporate policies, procedures, and standards
