MKS Fences & More is looking for a reliable lead builder for our fence & deck projects. If you can accurately cut wood to specified measurements and have experience building fences or decks – we want you to work with us!

This position requires a minimum of 2 full seasons of professional fence or deck installation experience as an installer -OR- related experience in carpentry/construction. Will accept life experience equivalent to professional skills.
Experience installing the following materials is an asset:
Fence – wood, chain-link, ornamental & vinyl
Deck – wood and composite
You must have your own transportation. A valid driver’s license is required as you will need to be insurable to drive company vehicles.
You should be comfortable working outdoors, in all elements. We are looking for someone that is capable of working independently on the job site.
Qualities of our candidate:
· Experience using power and hand tools
· Organization on job site, including tools and paperwork
· Able to lift 100lbs
· Job focus and accuracy
· Proactive to inspect workmanship and look for ways to improve the project
· Load and unload truck with supplies and equipment
· Careful use of tools and equipment
· Thorough cleanup of job site each day
· Available to work Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday if required
· Reliability and dependability are critical
· Professional attitude with excellent customer service
The anticipated start date is the first week in April, weather permitting.
We are located in Fort Erie; however, we service the Niagara area, so traveling is expected.
